I registered thorugh damelin correspondence college for Sales & Marketing certificate (18mnt coarse) in 2010. To date the certificate has not been completed, as i have not recieved all the study material required. I have madenum, erous calls to damelin to find out how to reslove this matter, in January of this year, i called the call center and was advised that the coarse that i had enrolled for in 2010 has been discontinued and is no longer offered by damelin, the consultand advised that i should fax throught an inventory of the study material that i did recieve and they will investigate there after a way foward. From January 2013 to date i have not recieved feedback untill today WHEN I CALLED DAMELIN. The consultant that i spoke to advised me that what was told to me in January was false and that the coarse is still being offered. I advised her that i was very dissapointed with the service and lack of communication and would like a full refund as the full cost of the coarse was paid in full on registration. She adv ised that a request will first have to be sent by means of a cancellation letter which will have to be presented to a board and a refund is not gurenteed
