I would just like to say a very big Thank you Natalie. You explained to me, what 4 of Groupons agent couldnt.

Every agent i have been speaking to in regards to a refund we requested about a mts and half ago, has been giving us different stories of why its taking so long, to we not getting refunded at all, to we didnt cancel in time. None of them ever gave me the same story about what was happening with our request.

Natalie, you were friendly, quick, and explained to me exactly what happened where. Thank you so much for your assistance. I would really just like to request that the agents get on the same page. This would have been a stink complaint, if i hadnt spoken to Natalie to resolve for me.

Surely you all look at the same groupon system, maybe abit of training is needed?

I will most surely use groupon again just because of Natalie :)
