Good day,

I have money in credit on myunisa student account and i requested a refund. I was told to fax a refund form with my details to student accounts. Bongani Malabela assisted me in getting a refund form. I sent the form back on the 20/02/2013 and waited for the 21 working days to pass but i still don't have the money in my account.

I called again today 25/03/2013 to ask what is happening and i was informed to resend the form and will have to wait another 21 working days even though i gave my credit card number.

I am very disappointed in their service and am not will to wait another 21days for my money as if it is my fault the process didnt take place.

and this is really making me reconsider registering for next semester and look at other long distance institutions in South Africa.
