Some weeks back, some weeks back i sent an e-mail to Unisa Registration department. The reason for the e-mail was that i was trying to register online since once one register with Unisa coninuously register on line. When trying to register, i was informed that i owe the University fees. This became a surprise as my studies are paid by my employer and when i registered, i paid all the moneys required.
I sent an e-mail inquiring about this over 3 weeks ago and to date i have not receives any response from them and i am unable to register for the 2013 academic year.
Secondly, i wrote exams in the beginning of of February 2013 and to date i have not received results. I am not sure if results have been witheld due to the fees they are saying i am owing that i do not know of.
I am supposed to register for my research this year but that has not happened and soon i am required to submit the list of topics i have chosen. If i can not register, how will i choose such topic?
Please assist by inquiring:
1. what fees i owe UNISA?
2. why cant i be allowed to register pending settlement of their fees, if any?
3. when will i receive my results?
