I called Unisa's Student Enquiries on Friday (05/07/2013) and was assisted by a friendly lady who sent me a registration form as i requested to change my Qualificatioin Code from the Old (02216) to the new (98316) for BBA Degree. She confirmed that my code will be changed soon as they receive the Registration form back with the modules i'm registering for this Semester. I did exactly as instructed and submitted the registration form in person at Unisa Sunnyside campus on Sat 06/07, but they were offline and asked me to leave my registration form which indicated the new module code and they will change it soon as they are online. On monday 08/07, the registration was successful and modules loaded for this semester but the Qualification Code is still unchanged. When i called the student enquiries, they told me that i have to wait till next year January to change it coz i'm registered already for this semester's modules. That is unacceptable as i did request for the Qualification Code to be changed before i registered the new modules. I need someone to contact me ASAP to sort this out as i've sent numerous emails to [email protected] and made several calls but to no avail. Thanks
