I handed in a refund request form early the week before last. when trying to call the finance department i cant seem to get through to them. ive tried numerous numbers and all i get is constant ringing. today i called and it kept ringing for just over 2 hours. i dont know what kind of service theyre offering but clearly it isnt good at all. all i want is to know the progress with my refund, i would like it asap. how long does it take to do a simple deposit into an account, the money shows on my student account, it took me about 10 minutes to give it to unisa and sofar roughly 2 weeks and counting to get it back.
