My complaint is the same as many of the other complaints (THERE ARE UNSURPRISINGLY SO MANY!!!) on here about IMPAK/DELTA
Today is Feb 06, 2013... still no books...
After many, many emails and telephone calls not one single person bothered to come back to us!!!
I am now forced to make another plan with my child.
After all these complaints about the late deliveries, bad service, lack of basic sense of business, lack of commitment when are IMPAK/DELTA going to come to the realization the you are messing with the future of children... you don't just sell a product which can be returned if faulty... it is the childrens education and future you are affecting!!!
Please get your admin department in order, appoint new management/directors or simply close down if the business is THAT difficult to manage and run...
