I want my money refunded

So can you give me any feedback?

I find this to be ridiculous? Surely you have verified the amount I have due to me! All that needs to be done is a credit refund!

Does it take 3yrs to do that! I've spent more than that amount on phone calls and emails!

I now feel that I should also be reimbursed on that too!
