I've been waiting for 3 weeks for the delivery of my son's books. Every time I'm told a different story and that someone will call me back. After 8 phone calls and 2 emails the books are still not delivered and I still haven't received my son's report for 2013 either. I'm sick and tired of contacting you people and having to pay high phone bills! You don't answer your phones in less that 20 minutes and emails are ignored. Last year I was on the verge of using another education centre, but I was promised things are going to be much better this year, so I stuck with Impak. What a huge mistake! Your service is non-existant and your consultant unknowledgeable. Impak does not deserve my business!
