My son wrote grade 12 through Impak education in 2012. When then results were finally received in February, all marks were extremely low. When we checked the year marks that had been submitted by Impak to Sacai for moderation, it was found that a lot of tasks, assignments and tests that had been submitted to Impak had not been included in the marks. While communicating with Impak, we were informed that we must resubmit the missing info to them. On 5 March 2012, we received a mail from Impak advising that all amendments had been sent to SACAI, and we would be kept posted on the feedback. On following up last week, we were advised that no amendments had been sent to SACAI and that it was no longer their responsibility as we are no longer registered students of Impak. We are now unable to get any response from Impak and the students sit with no grade 12 certificates for which we have paid a lot of money.
