When you pay IMPAK for a matric certificate, you obviously expect matric as a result. They keep shifting the blame from one company to the next. Everyone gets the blame, SACAI, Umalozi, the Department. But who got paid? IMPAK got paid.
I've been getting bad service from day one. The books were late, and sections of the books were missing. Replacement books never arrived, (yes, the post office got the blame for that one too). My child needs to go to university today, but apparently the Matric results will only be available sometime next week. In 2013, some of the results were only made available in October!
E-mails don't get answered.
Call-center is always busy.
IMPAK is full of empty promises.
