I had 3 children at Impak Education. The first few years didn't go too bad. There were always issues of late delivery of books and so forth, but it was manageable. 2012 on the other hand was a complete nightmare!!! First they receive payment but deny receiving my documentation. Then I only receive books for Gr 12 in March, 2 weeks before exams!! Now, I have mails to from here to Capetown of other 2012 Gr 12 parent who are just as unhappy about incorrect results, results outstanding and so on. I've looked at the Impak Education page, and wow do they have a lot of complaints. Seems like nobody cares, there aren't a lot of responses from management. Seems like now that they are in a new upmarket building, the service went downhill!! I guess that if you are up, there is now where else to go but down...
