I've been waiting for weeks for the delivery of my son's books. Every time I'm told a different story and that someone will call me back. After numorous phone calls and emails the books are still not delivered
I'm sick and tired of contacting you people and having to pay high phone bills! You don't answer your phones in less that 20 minutes and emails are ignored.
What a huge mistake to have chosen impak as a education relieve!
Your service is non-existant and your consultant unknowledgeable unfriendly, lysgat...
Impak does not deserve my business!
