Today is the 04 February 2014 I have already paid my 1st payment and yet I did not receive my daughters books. The call centre takes a long time to answer and you never get hold of a manager. When I asked them were the books are, they said it is with XPS and gave me a tracking number. Yet you get no further support from any person or management at Impak. Were is the support? Do they have a system or procedures in place to insure the books reach the designated person or center. They have appointed the courier company Is there any person or department that follow-up on books not delivered, escalate the matter, contact the person or center and devise a solution.
The answer is NO.They do not care. If they did I would have received an email or phone call or sms from Impak stating the problem and a potential solutions.
