Bad service!

I registered for Grade 11 at IMPAK Onderwys on 22 November 2012. They said everything was in order. Then, I just heard nothing from them. I sent queries as to where my books are on several occasions. I also tried to call them, but their call centre is constantly busy. When I finally got a reply, it said that I am not registered, and that I have to re-apply! I was supposed to start working on 4 January, due to the work being quite a lot, and an examination that is sceduled for 10 March. It is now the 4th of February, and I still haven't received anything. I paid upfront for 2013. When you pay upfront for a year's school, surely you may expect good service? IMPAK said that they posted the books with Overnight-postage on 26 January, but the only answer that I get from them and the Post Office, is "The books are In Transit". IMPAK frequently has disasters in the admin department, and I sincerely hope that they will solve the issue, because even though the quality of their books are the best I've seen, the admin.
