I paid for 8 subjects, however Unisa only allows 60 credits per semester. I submitted my request for a refund on the amount that i paid extra to the institution.
To date i have not received even as much as an acknowledgement of receipt of my request. Please can someone confirm that the request has indeed been received and will be processed within the SLA???
