I registered on 24/01 and the company I work for deposited ALL my study fees into Unisa's account but apparently into the incorrect account so I was told after a week of querying this, that the Finance Department must reindex the amount. If I login to MyUnisa I can see the amount reflecting under SBL Study fees instead of the usual study fees.
I have been sending email after email just wanting feedback as to who has taken ownership and whether this problem will be sorted out ASAP.
It seems as though there is NO LIFE inside the Unisa building because no one bothers to have the decency to respond. I would like my registration to go through so that I can actually submit my assignments please.
This is ridiculous.
