I submitted a request for refund on 16/04/2013. I was asked to submit a letter which i supplied on 22/04/2013 and then my banking details on 23/04/2013. Since then, i have had no feedback regarding my refund. I have sent numerous emails to Joel and he reads them (as i receive a read receipt) but i dont get a response. Is it so difficult to tell someone what is going on? The money has been deducted from my unisa account but it has not reached me yet. Please advise what is happening.
