I cancelled a module last year. Initially I left the credit in my account because I intended to continue with my studies. I decided to request for a refund as I am not studying this year for personal reasons. I have made several requests for a refund but I have received no correspondence from UNISA to date. I have been a student at UNISA for many years and I have always paid my fees in full upon registration. Why does UNISA not have the same respect when they need to pay me?
