I'm making this post on behalf of my brother, Willem because he works 6 days a week and is unable to take off from work to go to an UNISA branch, phone calls has been fruitless up to now.
He registered his subjects for his masters, paid the the deposit, yet he has received no study material, nor can he log into or create an account at MyUnisa because apparently he isn't registered yet; Even though he did so more than month ago.
Will you please contact him on the phone number I supplied and put him through to the right people, this needs to get sorted out as soon as possible. This is unacceptable and cannot be postponed any further.
PS. I put his student number as the ID.
