Still no delivery - 3rd complaint

Dear Kalahari,

Could you kindly forward me a tracking number for an order I placed on the 04th Dec 2012 for my text books (5509298) - I will try and track them myself. It has been 6 weeks now and like I said I have assignments due in Feb.
I placed the order on the 04th dec 2012 with the hope that I will be ready and prepared when my semester starts at UNISA, guess what? I am still waiting.
My first assignment is due on the 22nd Feb - I know you don't care, but I just to let you know that due to your incompetence you are going to cost me 2 modules that I might fail because you have no sense of urgency and don't and tell me that you tried to contact me when you well did not.
