I faxed a refund request form about a month ago and no one contacted me, no refund processed until I called the student accounts department on 13 June when I was told to send the form again, since then when the phone is eventually answered which most of the time is engaged or just rings I get different stories or a promise that someone will contact me, no one contacted me and the refund has still not been processed.

You really need to improve your customer service, or maybe students are not viewed as customers???
