In February 2013 I called unisa in Johannesburg to enquire about my refund that was supposed to be paid in 2008. Account Department told me to come in person to fill up the refund form. I went there during that month of February. I went to the registration department and find a lady who was pregnant and gave me a form to fill. She said in a month time the money will reflect on my account, there was no such until I went there again in May.

I went straight again to the Account Department where one of the consultants told me, she has to reload my account because it was too old and it has to be activated so I can apply for a refund. After she helped me she told me I must come the next day to fill up the refund form. I told her I will not be available, I will only be available on Monday; she said it is fine she will be there, I will find her. On arrival on Monday she was absent, it was another consultant this time it was a male. He told me the very same thing that the first consultant told me. What is wrong with Unisa staff and there services. I am so tired going there every time and get nothing of their service.
