I am currently a final year student at unisa, i have 2 modules to complete my degree and i have been having endless hassles in registering these modules .i spoke to secretary of deputy director of registrations office (012 4415491) and she assured me that she has sorted issue out and that i can register, i log on to verify if what she advised was correct, nothing was done to resolve issue.i went down to durban regional campus and sat in a 4hr que to be assisted by Bongani Msomi, who advised that he would resolve issue .i asked for written proof that issue would be resolved and he was unable to provide with such.he even initially thought that the problem was resolved and that i was registered for current semester, until i insisted he check it diligently .i am a senior student at such an institute and i have to go through so much of stress registering, imagine what new students would be going through.i do not want to waste another 1 year of my valuable time because of a system error .i advised all students to be aware of stress involved with unisa administration.
