In 2009 I applied to study at this college. I sent all the required documents and chose the debit order payment option for my fees. I never got a registration package from them and thus never got registered but they kept deducting money from my bank account. I emailed a lady called Vimala asking her to help me get the college stop deducting money from my account, since I was never registered. She asked me to send her my ID copy and I did, but I never heard from her again.
A few months later I sent another email. I never got a response. I closed my banck account so that they wouldn't be able to make the debit orders.
When I checked my credit record I found out that they have listed me as a debtor.
This is appalling. I never got registered. No one assisted me with my quiries. And now I am listed on the credit bureau.
It is still impossible to get any help from the collge. Phonecalls are useless and emails are not responded to.
