I cancel my study in UNISA before i even start, because i had a problem with my company they promise to pay my studies but I was already registered because my company gave me a letter saying that they will pay my studies and i sent the letter to UNISA to register my studies. I waited for my study material until my first assignment was due and I didn't submit it because i did even know what to do. I received a letter in after a month saying i must go and collect my study material but I was already later so I decide to cancel my studies
UNISA phone me after they know i didn't go and collect my material and I told to the person who phone that I'm cancelling my studies because I am already late and I will apply in next year 2013 and she understood me why I cancel my studies.
Now i Received an SMS saying I am owing my study fee I email them and ask because I was not aware I must send a written letter for my cancellation because I cancel over the phone and I told the person who phone me and she understand . this is the respond i received that make me feel so stupid from Mahlangu
