I have registered for ENG1501, PRS1045 and PRS1034. All the study materials for mentioned 3 subjects are out of stock and my first assignment is due on 11 March 2013. Last semester I did not receive study material at all for EED101F - which resulted that I have to re-do the subject. I sent emals, phoned UNISA Head Office & Parow Campus and faxed them to complain that I did not receive it - NO RESULTS!
I (we all) pay a lot of money per subject and now I was told that I must download it from MYUNISA. I feel that it is unfair seeing that we pay for each subject and it is only fair that we receive study material.
