I will like to inform you that I have phoned earlier today in regrads to an application that was handed last week by my fiance in application for public management.
She handed all documents as they were checked and they confirmed that everything is in order then they will contact her, then she received a call saying that there were outstanding document which is results. Today she visited the compus in order to find out what is a problem they told her that the person dealing with administration is not there. I phoned to find out when will be the person coming in. No one gave me an answer as I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone and no one could explain what is outstanding first lady I spoke to she gave another lady a phone that lady when she couldn't answer she just dropped a phone while is was speaking to her. Only thing I wanted to know is that if a person doing administration is sick maybe for months then no one will be able to assist with student applications hance they told me that everthing in regards to applications is in her office. The lady that phoned my fiance was no talking in a good manner she didn't even clearify what the is an outstanding document
