To whom it may concern
I applied for admission online in September at UNISA.. In hopes i will get a response regarding registration if I'm accepted or not so far i have received none what so ever. I'm currently working and want to start saving to studying further at UNISA. But none has gotten back to me? which I personally think is lack of service. They are losing prospective students that's interested in making a better South Africa.By responding with emails that says they have a back log how unprofessional of these people. Yes i am fully aware thousands of students applied for admission and registration, but that should not be an excuse. You messing with people's future's and time. I would have applied somewhere else if I'd know this was the service you produce.
