Not My Milady's Account

Received a sms from MBD regarding Milady's account. I phoned them and told them I dont have a Milady's account, I had one more that 10 years ago and no funds outstanding.
The lady confirmed that the name and address for this account is not me, but it was my cell. I told her that this person must have given my cell nr, but the name is not me and the Durban address they had was also not me, as I never stayed in Durban.
I asked her to send me a e-mail, to which I then responded to confirm that the outstanding Milady's account belong to someone else, who is using my cell nr.

Two months later I get a sms from them. I phone again and confirm this is not my account. The lady then confirms my ID nr, still with the Durban address. I told her the only reason she has my ID nr is because I gave it to them in the first e-mail I sent to confirm it is not my account.

Now I need to go and get an affidavit and send to them. I work Monday to Saturday in an Industrial area and do not have the time to go to SAP and then to get this doc to them.

Please assist and make it clear to these people that they have the wrong person for this outstanding account.
