Failed to make good on arrangements again

I previously made a complaint about iq academy putting in debit orders without my concent and bad service. Just a recap, almost every time I called in the "system" was down. After I made my 1st complaint about them on hello peter I was almost instantly called. Then I was called 4 times again that day to sort out the payment agreement on my cancellation fee. After wasted precious time on the phone the consultant infromed me that the debit order that was going of on the 25th oct could not be stopped so I'll have to make payment then and then we'll make arrangements for the outstanding amout for november. On the 25th no debit orden went of. I am sick of their miscommunication and. After a long struggle just to get this over with I am now going to see my lawyer as soon as possible. I am scared that I can get blacklisted or get a bad credit name because of their up! I am so angry at them.
