Unauthorized debit orders and poor communication

I decided to cancel my registration at iq academy because of unauthorized debit orders going off and poor communication from them. I was supposed to make first payment on 30 sept but i was unable so i called to ask for the debit order to be changed to the next day which was the 1st. They refused stating it took five days. Later they called back saying there will be a debit order going of on the 25th oct and 1st nov. I reluctantly agreed. Then on the 10th oct another debit order went off which was totally unauthorized or agreed on by me. I made aure the money was not in the account as it was not agreed to deduct money on that date. Furious and scared for future mistakes like this i called the call center where a very sleepy concultant told me the systema s were dowj i had to call back the next day after 12. I sent an email to request to cancel. Ever so quickly i was called back and asked to reconcider. The person said that i will have to pay r900. Outraged i wanted to know more and he said he could not help me but someone from accounts will call me. I received an sms saying my cancellation has been approved and i still owe r900 and someone will contact me. I'm still waiting.
