I have tried numerous times to contact UNISA with e-mails and telephone calls since November 2012 with no luck, I cannot access Mylife account, however I have not received any response from them and I have an assignement to submit which I cannot as I need some information from my e-mail account.

Your assistance will be appreciated as I do not know what to do now.
