A few weeks ago I tried to access my mylife unisa email account and was told by Microsoft the account does not exist. they have apparently changed there system and unisa was supposed to inform students of the change so that they may take the necessary steps to maintain or keep there mylife email account. Now I have lost access to my email and have thus lost much needed information and so on. I have paid allot of money to study at unisa and this is the treatment I get. People who ether just pass me on to another or just don't want to help me when I call in to try resolve or find the error. Could some one please just help me. I need to access my account. Please.
