I have completed and submitted my Unisa application to register on the 6th of January 2013 and still have not heard anything from Unisa regarding my registration. Currently myUnisa states the "application is still in progress" and this has been the case for 3 weeks. I understand it takes time to process applications/modules etc, but honestly leaving people in the unaware after the deadline is pathetic, but of course this is what we have come to expect from an institution with no planning skills. Hopefully this complaint will help to resolve this issue as it seems like I am not the only one to be struggling with this.
