Still waiting

I logged a complaint with UNISA two weeks ago and till today they have not responded to my query. Its so pathetic how such a huge co-operation fails to serve their students. I am so dissapointed its not even a joke.
UNISA is soooo useless to say the least and I will log a complaint with the Ombudsman
