I think it's ridiculous that a student of UNISA has to use the same mylife account that they used previously as a student. I was a student in 2006 and I cant remember my password that was years ago! ive tried all the recovery options and none of them worked. its pathetic cause now I cant receive my study material or registration confirmation! i emailed unisa a few times and no one seems to be able to help... seems like anyone who has forgotten their email password cant ever be students of UNISA again! really really pathetic! will someone from UNISA PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!
