I Have been trying to log into my MyLife email account now for months, I've sent recovery requests to windows live and they cannot recover my address because they cannot prove it is me, I have never used or sent mails from this account but I need to access is urgently! Unisa does not have any information on how a situation like this can be resolved and I see hundreds of complaints of this nature. Unisa needs to do something to help us with the service provider they insist on using!
