Refund paid into someone else's account and not mi

I paid Unisa R6300 in January and then in February took over my studies.
i was supposed to get that money back and i had filled out the refund form with my bank account details.

today after emailing them and calling them non stop with no answer. i get an email saying that it was paid but into a different account. this is nonsense as i fill out the form to put them money into my account.

what kind of service is this?
when am i going to get my money?
