My experience with Unisa has been painful at best, however, Kwanele (a Unisa employee) has been the most amazing person I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. She helped me through my registration crisis in July this year - she was consistent in her polite and helpful manner despite my unpleasant attitude at times. When I logged on to MyUnisa this morning to discover two subjects were incorrectly financially cancelled, I nearly had a heart attack as I knew I was fully up-to-date on my payments. One phone call to Kwanele and I can rest at ease knowing that everything will be sorted. I absolutely LOVE this woman!!! I don't know what I'd do without her!!!
