I have requested for an remark TRL3709.I decided to phone and find out if my results are available as yet and after NUMEROUS calls, someone did decide to answer my call to inform me I need to phone back later as they are on lunch. I tried again and my call was not answered for DAYS. I informed that the remark results will be released at the end of September 2013. On 01 October 2013 I waited anxiously to receive communication about my remark results. I eventually phoned and after NUMEROUS attempts my call was answered. Unfortunately there is no clear answer to whether my paper was remarked, what my result is of the remark, how I will be informed, or any details at all about the remark that I paid for. I asked Unisa staff for proof that a remark was done, and I was told to send an e-mail. I did send the e-mail to [email protected] and copied in my lecturer pleading for assistance. Today I phoned KZN regional support, they advised me that my remark results have not been released. I then told her that I was informed yesterday that my result is unchanged She then asked me to send an e-mail. PLEASE can anyone from Unisa give me an definite answer on my remark result? EXTREMELY annoyed.
