Unisa messed up my registration for BTech in 2011. I have now tried to register for 2013, with my Unisa student no online. I selected my subjects, paid R4000, supplied all my documentation, and am STILL not registered. I have tried to call Unisa, everyday for almost 2 months, a minimal of 12 times per day. No one ever answers, replies to emails.
It is sad that unisa is the only distance learning university we have available to us in SA. They are completely incompetent, unfriendly, untrained and have a complete lack of interest attitude. I hope that some one from Unisa reads this, and either sorts my registration out, gets me my materials or refunds me my R4000, and we take this to court for wasting my time, and hindering my education for a second year.
