On myUnisa under Edit Registration I amended my registration from 98314 - BCOM to a different degree completely, 98051 - BA CSC.
My credits for subjects from 98314 have been transferred to 98051 but my registration still lists my degree as 98314 which I am no longer studying towards.
I having been trying to get this fixed since 10 July!!!
As of 8 August it has escalated into even more of a mess as my two new subjects that I registered for on the new degree 98051 have been cancelled with no notification or explanation!
I have tried emailing various contacts on Unisa's contact list and all I get are referrals to others who are apparently dealing with my problem or automated responses.
I repeatedly tried to phone Unisa this morning for over 2 HOURS with no answer on various numbers from their contact list!!!
I need this fixed before my assignments are due, which is 19 August!!!
