Prompt & positive response to application problem

Had a technical issue with regards to credit card payments during the online application process.
My application was not captured by the system after using two different credit cards (payment was successful however). The response to my mails was prompt and the issue was quickly resolved.

Such a refreshing change after dealing with other South African tertiary education institutes!
