I registered and paid UNISA on time to study this semester of which i had made an early payment last year November as well. In my thinking i thought that the amount would be allocated to the current balance paid in. I have made numerous queries with them via email & sms of which responses will only follow after some time. Now ive been told that my registration has been cancelled totally and they have registered me for the following semester. I am so disappointed because now ive received communication to say that i will only be able to study next semester, because Unisa has failed to resolve my query on time.
Unisa should really look at the way they communicate with their students.
