No response from UNISA

I have registered for a module at UNISA. Paid for it, but they have not actually registered me. I have met all the criteria to do this module. UNISA does not answer their phones and they do not respond to emails or sms's. So have no idea how to sort my issue out. Assignments must be handed in soon, but have no study material yet. No response from UNISA...
