ITS NO WONDER UNISA DON'T RESPOND ON HELLO PETER

UNISA obviously offers a web presence which is supposed to make studying through UNISA easier.
I'm sure this would be the case, if the "service" worked as it was meant to.
I registered on line and on time for 1st semester 2014 with 4 modules and double checked all info I submitted. When I got the confirmation of my registration, 3 of my modules were selected for semester 2 and only 1 for semester 1.
The reason for my frustration and irritation with this institution is that no matter how may times I try to correct the error (made by UNISA and NOT me!) via technology of the 21st century, nothing works.
There is the option for semester exchange when on my UNISA, but after trying 4 times, with no change, I called someone at UNISA (the fact that anyone actually answered is a feat all on its own, thanks to holding on for close to half an hour) only for them to tell me that the option online is not going to work and that I need to come into a campus to correct the problem.
I'm not sure why I am surprised, I always hear students of UNISA say how the mess up.
Its no wonder UNISA doesn't respond to complaints on Hello Peter, they would need to dedicate a whole department to it!!!
