Hello Peter, i just want to take this opportunity and thank Vermarketing and its stakeholders for the professionalism they showed in investigatining and resolving the matter i complained about yesterday (02/09/2013), every promise which was given unto me were all fulfiled on time and i must say money has been refunded back into my account and all the charges were also paid for.
I'm very happy and i forgive anybody who might have done an error into my personal account on behalf of Stracol and Vermarketing.
