After I escalated my matter to HELLO PETER for intervention, I received a phone call from Easy Holidays the next day informing me that my cash price will be deposited into my bank account on Wednesday (09/10/2013). Indeed, Easy Holidays kept their promise and I take this opportunity to compliment the company for a swift response. However, a BIG THUMBS UP to HELLO PETER for being the voice of reason on behalf of the exploited citizens.
