Going the extra mile and exceptional service

Evodia explained to my why money was not reflecting in my account. She went the extra mile of going me her branch number so she can follow up on my matter.

I called her two days later and she was able to further assist me.

She also gave me information, how to serve notice telephonically, information consultants, from various branches were not able to do, and I've has the account for over a year. This shows that she knows the system very well and she knows her job well.
